Oftentimes, it is helpful to have an unbiased opinion, a safe space, and professional help in order to move forward in life. I have enjoyed seeing the transformation in my clients as their light shines a little brighter and they are able to unlock the gifts they’ve always possessed. I want to help people unlock the gift of who they are!

I specialize in helping clients find empowerment to live their best- authentic life, by uncovering past hurts and current setbacks.  I take the approach of meeting you where you are and individualizing sessions according to your needs. I enjoy using evidence based modalities such as EMDR, ACT, DBT, CBT, IFS, and Faith Based Practices.

I’ve helped many people learn tools that are transformative. Whether you are experiencing grief, people pleasing, dissatisfaction, anxiety, insecurities, perfectionism, or other disturbances- I’d like to help you gain greater freedom and healing.
